Combining our years of experience in boat conversions, we are proud to present the Boat Building Sail Connector. With this revolutionary connector box developed by ourselves, you can electrify your boat yourself without any specific knowledge or tools. Simply connect the plugs of the engine, charger and battery to the Sail Connector and you are ready to sail. We have already done all the tricky work for you. Anyone can do it!

Having already converted more than 300 boats, we understand that a boat is not always a dry or clean environment. That is why the Sail Connector has a sturdy metal housing and is IP66 rated. This means it is dust and (splash) watertight. Furthermore, all connectors and components in the Sail Connector are of the very highest quality in the industry to ensure maximum reliability for your beloved boat.

The Boat Build Sail Connector comes in different versions. For example, we offer it in 24 Volt and 48 Volt, which means a Sail Connector set can be put together for any engine. Have you opted for an ePropulsion engine? Then choose the special Sail Connector for ePropulsion engines. With these engines, the battery charge status can be read on the throttle. Got your eye on another engine? Then the regular Sail Connector is for you. This box contains a built-in module that displays the charging status of your battery. It can be read via bluetooth on your phone.

Do you have 12 volts on board for your lights or a bilge pump and want to keep using them? Then choose a Sail Connector with 12V option. It is equipped with an inverter that converts the voltage of your battery pack to 12 Volts. You can thus easily connect your old wiring to the Sail Connector so that everything continues to work as it did. The inverter delivers 9 amps, allowing you to draw up to 110 watts of power.

Want to be able to sail for longer? Then there is the option to order the Sail Connector with a 2nd battery connection! This can double the battery capacity by up to double.

Each Sail Connector set comes with 3 metres of motor cables, 3 metres of battery cables and 3 metres of cable for the 12-volt (if chosen), so the set can be installed anywhere in the boat. Would you like longer lengths? If so, please get in touch.
