FOUNDER E-WERF
Since childhood, I have had a passion for sailing. When I moved to Amsterdam for my studies, of course a boat in the canals could not be missed. After my studies, I had several jobs, where the work mainly consisted of 'desk work'. Although I met many inspiring people and gained valuable experiences in those roles, I never felt fully in place.
By chance, I got the opportunity to work at Lifeboat Import Amsterdam, where I was initially responsible for managing the social workshop. Later, my role shifted more to executive work, and I discovered how much working with boats gave me satisfaction.
From the Sloepenproject and Amsterdam Jachtbouw, I eventually founded E-WERF. Thanks to our cooperation with the most reliable partners, we are the place to convert your sloop to electric propulsion or fully customise it to your personal requirements.
