The Vetus E-Line Air 5kW is an inboard electric propulsion engine designed for efficiency and ease of use on the water. It is an air-cooled engine that requires little maintenance, ensuring longer cruising time on a single charge and reducing energy consumption. The motor has a peak power output of 7.9 kW and is equipped with an integrated active air cooling system to keep the operating temperature stable, enhancing service life and reliability.
It comes with 'Swap & Go' type EMX65 motor mounts and mounting brackets, an integrated thrust bearing, and a 4″ mounting flange suitable for Combiflex 12 and Bullflex type 1. In addition, the package includes a key switch (MPE1KB) for power supply and anti-theft, a monitoring panel (MPE1MBV) for monitoring battery, engine alarms and engine status, a converter (IV4812360) that converts 48 VDC to the required 12 VDC for the V-CAN power supply, and the Vetus Throttle.
